Street Brawl Bug. All players could not shop or use mouse to aim

In between rounds all players became bugged. We no longer had the option to buy items and when we got to the lane, our mice were on our screen as if we had the shop open and we couldn't aim. We had to close deadlock and rejoin to fix it but would become bugged the next round.
