I wanted to see if echo shard refreshed all charges or just 1 charge on an ability with charges, I then used refresher to make sure it still refreshed all charges like I thought it did.
To my surprise it swapped the location and hotkey for my 1 and 3 abilities, removed the turret icon, level UI and charge UI
edit: Spamming 3 in this state after the video ends seems to make turrets as expected with the expected number of charges and correct cooldown but it ALSO uses echo shard whenever it is off cooldown and 3 is pressed
edit 2: was able to reproduce without leveling turret and there only being one charge
edit 3: was able to reproduce without leveling and without purchasing echo shard, just drop basic turret with 1 charge and use refresher and they swap.
edit 4: unable to reproduce with other heroes with charge based abilities.
