Occasionally and seemingly at random, my game will begin stuttering and the only way to stop it is to restart. It feels like playing at 13 fps despite my frame counter still reading 90+ fps. I have talked about this in several lobbies and many people have the same issue. This problem started with the Old Gods, New Blood update and is extremely annoying. When my team is out of pauses, it can sometimes be responsible for entire game losses.
