Strange Crashing Issue

Deadlock has been crashing and eating my graphics card and I am unsure why. I have put it through many different bench marks and it has passed perfectly. Occasionally just with this game I have experienced a crash, where I can hear everything, but my screen goes black and my graphics card is no longer registered with windows or my AMD software. It happened on the last driver patch and this patch so I am assuming it is not a patch issue. The fix is to hard reset (hold power button) reboot, remove the graphics card from my device manager, reboot again, then relaunch and it is smooth for a while.
SPECS:
GPU: Ryzen 6800xt
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 mhz
Monitor: Samsung 27" Odyssey g4

It does not appear to be hitting temps or running out of power, as I can still hear, but my screen just blacks out and my GPU fans crack to max.

I've been having this exact issue since mid-late last week. Both monitors go black, they say "display port source not detected", but I can still hear audio from discord. I've been able to just hard reboot, launch Deadlock and rejoin the game. I've had it happen 3 times in a single game and then not at all for a few games in a row.

GPU: Geforce 4070 Super
CPU: Intel Core i5-14400F
RAM: 32GB
Dual monitor set up, both go black when this happens
