Still can't play due to game freezing and crashing

since the update has dropped I cannot play the game. The game randomly freezes and crashes in the lobby, when I'm in the game and when I go to sandbox. I haven't been able to play a single game without crashing more than 5 times.
PC specs are:
4070 super
32gb ddr4 ram
ryzen 9 5900x
windows 10
