Similar to the linger duration bug mentioned in my previous post for the Medicinal Spectre, the speed boost provided to Bebop for 3s upon placing a Sticky Bomb does not scale with the ability duration stat.
It would be appreciated if this was either rectified or clarified in the ability UI.
