The Fate's Tale:
Gun:Flare Gun
5 shots in magazine,has unique property of doing gun damage overtime after getting shot,rather then dealing full damage on hit.Does this damage regarding to fall off,stacks dps on each shot.
Does 100 dmg per shot.
Abilities theme:Toxic-Alcholic liquid emerging from skin other parts of body.
First ability
Name: Alcoholic Fog.
Description: Stewie breathes in and then releases fog in cone that spreads on floor in big area slowly dealing low spiritual damage applying Dizziness for 1seconds for staying in fog and stacks time up to 4 seconds max(input of EVERY action has delay of 1 second,makes enemy minions and jungle creeps attack slower).Shooting with flare gun at fog will ignite it making disappear but instantly apply damage of Flare Gun with 25% increased damage.
Duration 8 seconds, cooldown 27
TIER I:
Cooldown -8 seconds.
TIER II:
Radius of spread + 5m
TIER III:
Increases flare gun damage for another 25%
Second ability
Name:Overdose
Description: Multi-purpose ability,can be applied to enemy's and allys.Ability has short range against enemys and average range(15 m) for allys.
Stewie turns sugar in target body,into alcohol making target experience huge amount of pain and suffering from initial overdose,dealing big amount of spirital damage,slowing them for 99% with fast fading and applies dizziness for 3 seconds,but target also receives bloodletting for 50% of damage done for next 6 seconds after initial ability damage.
On allys it deals max of 300(in earlier stages,deals only 50) spiritual damage,but in return gives bloodletting of 25% and 10% resists for 10 seconds.
Cooldown 35 seconds
TIER I:
Decreases bloodletting for enemy for 5%(from 50% to 45%)
TIER II:
Increases resist for ally for +5%
Tier III:
Makes ability heal ally instead of damaging and now has no max brackets but scales a lot worse then for damage.
Third ability
Name: Moonshine Skin
Description: Moonshine Skin is passive.
Hitting Stewie with melee attack will result in hitter receive alcoholic poisoning and in result starting to get low spiritual damage and applying dizziness for 2 seconds.Stewie melee also applies this effect.
TIER I:
Gives Stewie 10% melee resistance.
TIER II:
Stewie recovers from parry 0.5 seconds faster.
TIER III:
If target hitting Stewie was already under dizziness, instead of dealing damage and applying dizziness,puts target to Sleep after 2 seconds for 1,4 seconds.
Fourth ability(Ult)
Name: Delirium Tremens
Description: Stewie expands pours on his body(because of soggy,soaking from alcohol skin) and overworks his body to produce as much of this substance as possible to cover field in alcoholic fog of high saturation to make enemy feel detremens and makes them attack eachother with their guns and melee hits(if in near proximity) from high alcoholic delusion.
Duration 6 seconds.
Cooldown 130 seconds.
TIER I:
Also starts to deal 50 spirit damage for every second of ability.
TIER II:
When ability ends,enemys get -30% fire rate and -30% movement speed for 6 seconds after Ult.
TIER III:
Applies -10% Bullet Resist for duration of ability.
At the very start of Prohibition era, Stewie lost absolutely everything he may wanted from life,his business.Stewie made for life by selling alcoholic beverages,and when Prohibition era started,government took all alcohol and destroyed it.
Havin' no places to go and places to do what he done best,Stewie found old mugs he partnered with long time ago to start his little business.
They offered him job as body guard and despite Stewie being really soft for such type of job,he still settled in for being body guard of probably biggest speakeasy in whole Prohibition time.
But something went wrong and mission to take luggages with moonshine was stopped by forces of crooks from other speakeasy group.They killed every bodyguard except Stewie,simply because he owned such type of business before and could've being of help to run such business.
Despite Stewie being in need of money and job,he still owned his dead friends and didn't wanted to have anything with people who killed his friends,so crooks decided to test product on Stewie as punishment.
Just first bottle was rapidly emptied in Drunkhardt stomach,and even tho product was meant for customers,its still was most bootleged bottle of whiskey and was basically no difference from just pure alcohol so Stewie died from just one bottle by alcohol poisoning.
Then Maelstrom appeared...and then,when no one was already around Stewie,he arised from dead thinking he just has hangover,barely stepped on both of his legs,and tried to walk, despite his hands and legs shaking,his head having hugest brain pain and almost puking,Stewie got to home...
