(Steps and Video included) Crash caused by 'Add Category' duplicating categories and the attempt by the user to delete those categories.

Pressing 'Resources' in the main menu and then going to the Hero Sandbox to try to create builds there eventually results in a crash.

1. Go to the Main Menu.
2. Press Resources.
3. Escape out of Resources.
4. Go to 'Hero Sandbox' with any Hero.
5. Go to 'Create New Build' in the shop.
6. Press 'Add Category.'
7. Observe how a duplicate category is created.
8. Attempt to delete it.
9. Crash.

Additionally, I guess, I was confused why I had to go into the sandbox to make builds and could not do so out of 'Resources'.
