Using a custom mapping i set up myself in steam input.
Camera controls on joystick were broken steam input menu indicated they were using "joystick legacy". switching to "camera" caused the "joystick legacy" option to disappear but did fix look controls.
Trigger buttons mapped to fire were not working even after remap.
In menu joystick to mouse controls were also not working to move mouse and instead would move character while menu was open.
game was unplayable and match was abandoned before trying other inputs
