Steam Deck Spectator Control Scheme broke since update

For some reason the default spectator control scheme for the steam deck was broken in the last patch, now a bunch of the controls skip to next player (instead of changing camera or showing scoreboard). I haven't tried any of the other control schemes or anything as I only use it for watching games right now.

Its actually just not changing to the spectator action set, I was able to make a hotkey to change to the action set and the spectator controls work just as well as before.

So something in the recent update broke it automatically changing action sets
