Status of backlogged emails? [Resolved]

I have a friend who I invited earlier and they got in yesterday's invite wave. Their forum account popped up, but they still have not gotten to an email. Everyone I've invited after them has already gotten their email, including some people from that same invite wave. Did their email get lost, or is it still backlogged?

Last status from the team was that they were still staggered. Just stay patient.
