This bug happened to me and someone else in another game.
At the start of the game, after some weird disconnect, I spawned where we start but could move. I then jumped out of the map to spawn at the teleporter but unable to use it.
The unstick or suicide button doesn't work. So the only solution is to have an enemy player kill you. So you spawn normally.
