The Stamina Recovery statistic for the items Extra Stamina and Superior Stamina do not actually reflect how they work in game.
Extra Stamina has a Stamina Recovery statistic of +10%.
Presumably, this is a reduction of 10% from the base stamina recovery rate of 5 seconds, which would reduce it to 4.5 seconds.
It instead reduces it to 4.55 seconds, which is an actual reduction of 9%.
Superior Stamina has a Stamina Recovery statistic of +20%.
Presumably, this is a reduction of 20% from the base stamina recovery rate of 5 seconds, which would reduce it to 3 seconds.
It instead reduces it to 4.17 seconds, which is an actual reduction of 16.6%.
E.g. this screenshot shows Superior Stamina (look bottom left), and the Stamina Recovery of 20%. But the actual time to recover a bar of stamina is 4.17 seconds.
