Stalker should upgrade into Shadow Weave

Shadow Weave is barely built and not very strong. Letting it upgrade from Stalker would fit since:

• They complement each other gameplay wise (sneaking up and tracking people)
• Shadow Weave feels difficult to slot into builds since its competing with better 6.4k items
• Stalker does not scale very well into the endgame and often ends up getting sold around 25 - 30 mins when you would want to be buying Shadow Weave
• They are both gun items
