Spirit Burn adjustments (The unreleased Item)

The unreleased item, Spirit Burn, suffers from a few weird things that make it not really a great item as it is.

It fills the same role as Escalating Exposure (Extended Spirit DPS).

It is a T4 Item that, by itself, doesn't provide a lot of damage.

So here's my suggestions for changes to the item before it sees the light of day:

  1. Change it from a T4 item to a T3 item.
  2. Make it an Imbue item, and only spirit damage dealt by the Imbued ability triggers the DoT effect.
  3. Reduce the base maximum stacks to 10. Add Spirit scaling to the Maximum number of stacks in addition to the DoT effect (5% of spirit as additional stacks should be fine. That brings it up to 20 stacks at 200 Spirit)
These changes would allow the item to be effective for heroes that really want it (such as Infernus, Wraith, or Kelvin) without being a large burden of souls. At the same time, it still scales up to work well on heavy spirit builds. Add to that it doesn't stack up too easily with things like Toxic Bullets due to being an imbue effect and only triggering on a specific ability and I think it would fit well into a 3k soul item. Situational, but it no longer overlaps so heavily with Escalating Exposure (rather, they compliment each other well, affects your entire kit.)
