Spending and refunding AP instantly fills Pain Battery

Spending and refunding an ability point on Pain Battery instantly fills it. This point can be refunded before using the ability, allowing Victor to functionally have unlimited use of Pain Battery on demand. This only works when refunding the first AP on the skill.
