Title explains everything. Aura of Suffering used to have a 1 second cooldown, so I suppose it made sense for it to not trigger spellslinger. However now that the Aura has been nerfed to 3 seconds it should trigger Spellslinger. All of his other abilities do trigger it, so why not Aura itself? Is it a balance issue or a bug? I would think a bug. Many other items are triggered by the aura.
