Spellbreaker rework - spirit immune

To many heroes have spirit damage, so maybe spellbreaker need to be active? U can use it for 9 second, then wait a 45-90 seconds to reload. Like Black King Bar in dota 2 or smth else. Now its powerfull but not too much. Nothing can protect you against spirit damage for 100%. For example, we have "Metal Skin" for gun, it gives immune to bullets, but we still cant immune spirit. "Spellbreaker" looks like a good try to counter spirit, but its not working vs 4-5 enemy spirit heroes. How i see many people playing spirit. Thats means u dont need buff a gun, u need create a item, what can give u immune for spirit for a bit.
 
Of course u can use Ethernal Shift to dodge smth, but u cant attack in this form. Thats a reason why we havent spirit immune. U cant be safe vs Gray Talon and Dinamo in one fight, spellbreaker dont safe u from this. U can told me to use Curse, but dinamo range is 54 with 44k net worth (this is not limit), when Curse range is just 29-30 (with some spirit items). They both support heroes, who can easelly kill u in every fight. U cant dodge 4 arrows and 3 pulse, thats kill u for sure.
