Spectral Skateboard: 1600 movement item. While airborne and touching a wall, you can hold control to slide horizontally along a wall, pulled along in a sick wall grind by the Spectral Skateboard.
This effect should be on a moderate cooldown (15-30s). A strong burst of movement that avoids touching the ground, balanced by the need for a continuous surface to effectively wall run on. On a longer cooldown, using the Spectral Skateboard could also give a small buff, like a barrier or resistances. Maybe it could be the component to magic carpet.
I think this item would give some less mobile heroes an option for movement or rotating, and also be very rad.
