Spectator UI: Tooltip for items stops working after opening up the shop

You can see information about a players item if you hover over it in the left corner in spectator and replay mode. But as soon as you open up the shop and close it the tooltip/hover stops working until you rejoin the server. This is a very minor problem since it still works from the shop or the portrait so this would be more of a quality of life fix.

Nice find! I can confirm that it starts working again if you toggle to camera mode and back to cursor mode again (default key: J).
