Spectator Speech Bubbles

I changed my window mode to window and ever sense then I can't see who is talking while spectating. Their map icon will change, but the speech bubble under their character banner is missing. I've gone back to full screen and restarted but it doesn't seem to fix it.l

Following up on this. It just seems that the game bugs out whenever you click out and back into the program. Restarting and not navigating away from Deadlock fixed the problem.

I also notice a lag in switching camera.
