Trying to watch a hero? Too bad! Most of the time you'll be hit with "loading match please wait up to a minute" then you can enjoy waiting forever (I've had that up for 10 minutes before just to test it) and you will never connect to the match.
Then if you get that too many times and keep trying to watch you get the Unable to spectate box to pop up! It says "Please wait a minute and try again" but it takes probably 1 hour before you can spectate again.
I know the game's in alpha and all, but how is the spectating this bad?
