spectate teammate doesn't work

currently spectate teammate hotkeys do not work properly. by default they are keys F1-F5.

Information is an extremely important part of the game so the fact that this feature doesn't work so you can read if a fight is good or bad makes it really hard to tell if you should show up or not.

I used these keybinds quite often and having them no longer work is pretty rough.

Its so important, especially for pub play. If people aren't talking, how are you supposed to know if you should show up to a fight or not.

Lots of chain feeding happens as a result of this not being in the game.
