spawning outside the map after dcing-then into a closed teleporter

maybe add a way for us to reset our characters into our base(make it where all souls get dropped inplace so it doesnt get abused) as a temp solution , had it happen to me twice and now have a temp ban because of it-only way to get out seems to be either get killed by an enemy or just wait out the 10mins till teleporters unlock
