Spawn in waiting room when leaving then rejoining

I left and rejoined a game before it started. When I spawned in, I was alone in the waiting room while everyone else was going to lane. I could move around, then I jumped out of the map but I was teleported to the in-game teleporter in yellow lane. This teleporter isn't open until 10 minutes, so I was stuck. Also, I could not kill in console, use the suicide button, or unstuck myself.

Same just happened to me after my computer crashed while we were in the waiting room. I jumped off the platform and was put, floating, in yellow lane tp. After 10 min I was able to leave. Match ID 13601628
