I've been playing almost purely Private Bot Matches, some with friends some not. Randomly, the game will decide to spaghettify all the characters, stretching the models all over the place and making it difficult to see. It doesn't impact performance, just vision. This can happen either during a game or in the Hero Menu. Restarting the game doesn't consistently fix it, if at all. Neither does verifying files usually.
