This is also a Problem in CS2 so i figure its the Engine.
When using a HDMI cable the game isnt able to support native resolution. Or atleast the native resolution doesnt show up in the Settings Menu.
I was able to fix this by changing the launch options to: -refresh 75 -fullscreen -w 1920 -h 1080. I know that this is a HDMI problem because using Display Port or older cables doesnt result in this issue.
My Monitor is 75hz and im ussing a 1050ti (might be helpful).
