some players are experiencing "ghost lobbies " after an update, despite restarting multiple times

this means after the update of (01-12-2025), these players are in a indefinate lobby that doesnt show up ingame. They cant start a game due to " cant join game creation being in a solo group" yet cant leave any group. it seems an internal bug, as the game think the user is in a group yet they are not. It seems its common if they are in a group and game asks for a update (mid gameplay?) which then looks like interally they are still in a party group.

Just a couple from different regions after the baby update on Jan 14th 2025. For myself I was playing a game before the update then after the people I was playing with all updated and got the party back together I was unable to join or even solo que. Every thing I have found so far is a lack of solution (they have tried restarting computer, reinstalling game and restarting steam) other then just waiting. Also tried various console commands such as party_refresh and disconnect.
