Can we get a (significantly larger) smurf report button or some sort of match confidence system? Tired of running into smurfs.

The report function with that option already exists. You can find it by clicking the 'Report' button below a player's stats on the post-game scoreboard, and from your match history from your profile in-game (click your avatar in the top-right of the screen with the mouse cursor activated, or by pressing escape in the Hideout).
