Smurfing/alt account issue

Can we get some dev response on how matchmaking has been abyssmal the last couple weeks. Also on how smurfs/alt accounts make it even worse?

I am playing in asc1-4 atm and every second game there is a clear smurf ruining the game. You can easly find them because they have low amount of hours played and insanely high winrates on statlocker.

Game is full of cheaters, stop calling them smurfs or you'll just end up like CS with only cheaters everywhere who pretend to be the authority on who cheats and who doesn't.

But they are smurfs. When you face someone that has like 60%+ winrate and you can easly find their main. I really hope we will get some mm patch or something that fixes this.
