Using Echo Shard after using Smoke Bomb doesn't reset the cooldown of Smoke Bomb if you are in stealth / channeling Smoke Bomb. It instead retriggers the full cooldown of Smoke Bomb and brings you out of stealth.
Echo Shard does reset the cooldown of Smoke Bomb properly if you are not invisible though.
