Smithereens (hero concept)

basically Soul Rebirth: the character
ok I can see this one being annoying to fight but I had the idea so I made it
again, no numbers because it's just for fun
they're basically the soul of someone who was shoved into a golem chassis designed for emergency rescue that can reconstitute itself. They don't remember why they're in a robot body, or anything about their life for that matter, except that they did something wrong and the robot body is some kind of punishment
(the shotgun arm is one of their personal additions, it's not an emergency rescue shotgun. Some of the abilities are redesigned tools.)

I like the concept, I just find the amount of power you placed in the revive excessive for a basic ability. This would seem more in line for an ultimate with an above average cooldown. If I was paid to balance this, here's what I would do:

1- Reconstitution Chassis is now passive and your Ultimate, you can activate it to suicide, a madman's Ethereal Shift
2- Deconstitute also activates on death, so you consistently get it
3- Could make Grapple cancelable for momentum like Yamato? Ability seems fine to me
4- Cell Breach does self damage instead of killing you on self-cast, gets a larger Radius if you do
5- Deconstitute does not supress healing, but it shreds resists, perhaps spirit resist? I'd possibly ignore this one, but anti-heal is hard to come by usually

Sorry for shitting all over your hero concept, but I just don't see a character intentionally dying being kept at anywhere close to viable. This way, you get value for dying and still can't really be ignored while also not being a liability for your team. Also, I didn't change the taking a share of your own souls bounty, because I'd be curious to know how that would play out with unreliable souls. Would want to see your future concepts, if this reply didn't discourage you.

ye I didn't put too much thought into this one, I mostly just made it 'cause I had the idea (this is actually a character from a different concept of mine and I had the idea to adapt the abilities into deadlock)
I like your suggestions though!
I can explain some of my thought processes though I'm not really arguing with what you said, all your points are very valid
the revive being an ability and not the ult is because I imagine them having very low health, so being disproportionately killable from the get go would require the revive as soon as possible (quite a few problems with this)
grapple would be cancellable, I forgot to mention that
Deconstitute applying an anti heal was just a "this needs an extra power if its an ult that also kills you, I'll just throw in an effect that would have an impact on a fight" but also it makes you able to revive again so...
thank you for your feedback! I do these as a game design exercise (I posted two other concepts that're more reasonable before this one if you're interested)
