Slowing Hex and immobilize inconsistencies

Slowing hex and immobilize status effects do not interact consistently between the following heros:

Lash: prevented from casting ult in immobilize but not slowing hex. So its not a movement ability yet is stopped by Immobilize.

Mina: Allowed to cast ult in immobilize, which moves her up off the floor, but she cannot move using WASD after casting ultimate until immobilize ends. I believe this is closer to the intended interaction, where the correct execution of the interaction should allow the ultimate to be cast, but prevent all movement, including vertical movement, not just WASD. This is however contradictory with Lash, as his ult doesn't even allow WASD movement and only affects verticality.

Seven: same interactions as Mina, just contradictory with Lash.

Ivy: allowed to cast stone form during both Slowing Hex and Immobilize. Ivy Stone form has move movement aspects than Lash ult, yet isn't prevented. Personally I believe strongly that this ability IS a movement ability. It affects all 6 directions of movement, and it impacts momentum. I think it should be prevented by both Slowing Hex and Immobilize.

Mo: burrow is not prevented by Slowing hex or Immobilize.

Mirage: Ultimate is not stopped by slowing Hex or Immobilize.

Paradox: Ultimate is no allowed to be cast during immobilize. This interaction makes sense. However, the ultimate icon does not go on cooldown or get greyed out while immobilized. This is a minor visual bug and should be addressed regardless of if you don't change any of the interactions.
