Boundless Spirit
Spirit Tier 4
Components: Improved Spirit
§9500 Souls
Boundless Spirit has received nothing but buffs (both direct and indirect), yet it's still a pretty underwhelming item compared to the other spirit tier 4s. Rather than giving it a new effect all together, I think it would be wiser to double down on it's niche as a massive spirit stat stick. This iteration's stats have seen nerfs (or outright removal in the case of it's weapon damage) to compensate for the new passive that increases your spirit power by a percentage (similar to what spellslinger headshots used to do). I specify non-conditional (aka non-permanent sources like ammo scav and spiritual overflow) mostly to avoid unforseen synergies that might lead to these already pretty well balanced items getting nerfed. With this new passive, Boundless Spirit goes from being a pretty bad and bland item overall, to becoming the premier late-game choice for turning a ton of spirit into even more spirit. While you might not be rushing it, you certainly won't be discounting it altogether once the game starts to drag a little longer than expected.
