Sky Boots (1600 vitality item for verticality)

- When you jump out of a crouch (not a slide), your jump gains more height, and you experience low gravity at the apex of the jump
5+ seconds internal cooldown

Idea is to make an item that allows you to play a little more vertical, but makes you easy to shoot while airborne. Could be a decent option for heroes that either want to be in the air or for heroes like Viscous who have an easier time targeting Puddle Punch etc while looking down at the ground. I don't think it really needs any stats on it but could probably slap some flat hp, regen or sprint speed on it. Height gained should probably be similar to a sloppy corner boost or at least a double jump from ground + a little more.

Making it only activate out of a crouch instead of a slide is intended to give more control over when to activate the effect and also limits it from becoming a must have pathing item, since if you cancel slide then re-crouch you lose all your fwd momentum.

Possibly janky when the hero has high movespeed but this is the only way I can think of except making it an active item, which is also an option.

1600 souls feels about right as 3200 is competing with Majestic Leap and 800 is too cheap. You don't want this to be a must buy item for mobility, it should be specifically for giving you easier access to a top-down view of the fight and access to rooftops and other terrain, in a way that costs less time and stamina than jump-walljump-heavy melee, double jump, or other means.

I like the concept. Mario would be proud.

Also, if it were me I would probably make it a passive item, maybe with +1 Stamina so that you can still down dash to get out of it early as needed, and have it build into Majestic leap. You could probably remove the cooldown if you have the effect consume 1 stamina, though I'm not sold on that.

This also makes it so getting Majestic Leap gives you 2 options for getting into the air which, while useful, isn't really essential for most heroes. The active being the much more powerful active effect and the passive being a less strong effect isn't bad either since you could still air dash or Heavy Melee to scoot around at the apex of the jump.

Not sure this is really needed, but as a kind of Ghetto Magic Carpet/Majestic leap it's not a bad idea.
