SINCLAIR - You can waste skill points if you try to upgrade 4 after stealing an ultimate

Easy to reproduce : Steal ANY ultimate, spend any points in your 4 and this point will be wasted.

Little note, it does actually increase the current stolen ultimate (for example you can go in sandbox, steal Seven ultimate, upgrade your 4 to level max, and if you cast, you'll be able to move. BUT as soon as it expires, the 4 level remains 0)

also this, you can imbue abilities to copied ultimates but once the ultimate end, you lose the imbued. however, if you copy the same ultimate again, it stays there.
