Lots of people have said this already but i was playing victor, and the enemy sinclair ulted me and died, his animation (of victor reanimating) got stuck in place and sinclair disappeared. Turns out he was then invis for the entire game and could not do anything at all, not even attack or take urn, all he could do was walk and chat.
This is probably the most game breaking bug ive experienced so far, i wasnt on the receiving end but it must suck being unable to do anything in a match that lasts 40 minutes. I'm not a wiz on game development but i think it's an issue with the animation. It played out normally but when it finished it just froze and resulted into that tragedy
