If a Sinclair uses Audience Participation on Vindicta for the first time in a match, he will only get one bullet for Assassinate. If a Sinclair uses his on that Vindicta a second time after enough time has passed for his copy of Assassinate to recharge some bullets, he will end up with two bullets in Assassinate. The limited time in which he can use Assassinate will only consider the first shot he fires, leading any additional bullets to persist. He will only lose access to Assassinate if he uses all of the bullets in the ability, after which the normal 12 second cooldown will start. Additionally, if Sinclair copies Vindicta within 30 seconds of having fired the last bullet in his Assassinate, his copy will have no bullets in it, and be unable to be used until they recharge at the normal 1 every 30 seconds rate. All of this is subject to cooldown reduction items, as well, so numbers may vary. This was all tested with no items whatsoever, at every level of upgrade Audience Participation can operate at.
