Sinclair stealing kelvin ult bricks sinclairs ult for rest of game (brawl)

Stole Kelvin ult and used it as the round ended.

New round begins and the only button I have as ult on sinclair is to dismiss the kelvin globe, which no longer exists.
Pressing ult does nothing, for the rest of the game, leaving it completely bricked.

yeah, i made a post about this last weekend too. unfortunately(?) it isn't brawl specific and can happen in standard games as well. hoping they fix this soon.
