Sinclair: Spectral Assistant + Split Shot = All bullets shoots in target

Using Split Shot during Spectral Assistant all of the assistant's bullets fly straight at the target, though they should also split. (This is not a bug, but a broken mechanic. Since all of the assistant's bullets are homing, therefore all 4 bullets fly into the enemy and do a VERY high amount of damage)
