I used my Heavy Barrage and while it was still active, Sinclair turned me into a rabbit. My barrage continued, dealing damage even though the Rabbit Hex prevents ability use.

heavy barrage is a channeled ability. Warden ultimate, bebop ultimate, billy, doorman, mina and most other have the same interaction but Rabbit does not stop casted abilities but prevents further use of others.
