Sinclair - placing Assistant the same moment you get an stun (in this case sleep), will cause cooldown to not occur

video shows me setting Assistant but getting sleep at the same moment, then im able to place assistant again twice.

i believe its all stun related and not just sleep. This probably is caused by latency or rather a very exact timed moment thing.
