Many ultimate abilities when used by Sinclair do not properly trigger Lightning scroll.
Billy, Celeste (can if used point-blank), Graves, Holliday, Geist, Paige, Paradox, Rem and Wraith
Also of note, Lightning scroll will not complete if Sinclair uses refresher and steals another ultimate during the delay.
