Sinclair is killing my fps

For some unknown reason, I have worse performance in playing for Sinclair than on other heroes. It appeared after the patch. The fps seems to be the same as usual, but it feels much worse - the model is twitching, it feels like the fps is 2 times lower than it is now. There is no such problem on other heroes.

If someone has experienced the same problem for Sinclair, write it down below. I don't think I'm schizophrenic.
