This feature got removed along with the return fire+assistant exploit but it wasn't gamebreaking like that one, and i don't know if iy was intended. The extra damage of assistant previously made Haze ult a little more valuable to steal with right conditions and i think it added to the skill ceiling of the character without being anything gamebreaking.
