Sinchair - "Spectral Assistant" and "Rabbit Hex" refreshes if interrupted during casting.

Happened to me during match 37914940 at 13:25. Was able to recreate it in sandbox. The same happens to Sinclairs' "Rabbit Hex"

in case with wraiths' teleport she doesn't get teleported.
with sinclair you can use your assistant both times
