Silver's 2 (Boot kick) appears to not work at all unless there is a target nearby

Attached video shows what I mean, the 2 doesn't work unless I'm near the Abrams. Wolf form 2 appears to be working fine though

FIXED: Apparently it was an issue with a mod, removing that mod fixed this issue and now boot kick is as smooth as ever
