Silver's Lycan Curse 3rd upgrade is supposed to refresh all ability cooldowns and its duration. This is not the case when killing someone who has rejuvenator, which makes no sense, since shiv, who also has a refresh on kill on his ultimate does refresh it on people who have a rejuvenator.
