Silver doesn't have stats in werewolf form

If you look at Silver stats in werewolf form (weapon/vitality), it's the same as her default form.

I think it may be caused by something similar that also affects Vindicta. Vindicta’s bonus damage from ultimate kills is not shown in the stats.
