Shotgun spread stat for Long range & Sharpshooter

Erm... imagine making shotgun spread tighten when using long range item.

I would not be opposed to the Long range and Sharpshooter items having a passive +X% Accuracy, but I would be concerned about the impact of that. It would probably become core on heroes like Abrams and Vyper who have wide spreads (Vyper has a huge amount of spread on her gun) as it would allow them to much more easily burst people down with their guns.

Yeah I think that would be good. Probably wouldn't make buying long range worth it but could be a fun feature.
